Today was such a Monday. It really wasn't a bad day. We got a lot done, reviewing for our end of year math test, publishing our Castle fairy tales, learning about the weather. It was going along just fine, and then all of sudden, like so many other days, it went spinning out of control. I hate it when that happens!
This is one of the best flowers in my garden. A man in Dubuque, Iowa makes these steel flowers, and I buy one each year at the Iowa Artists Show, which is held in late June at the fairgrounds. I have a rose, an iris, and this Lilly, along with some smaller butterflies. Rain or shine, heat or cold, these flowers endure. That's me too. No matter what life throws my way, I'm gonna keep on blooming.
