When I got to school this morning, the decorations and scenery from "Reading Adventure With Dad" had been removed. Before we could begin the day, however, we had to move our desks back into place. From then on, it seemed like a normal school day. I was very surprised, therefore, when I glanced in Mr. Adrian's room and saw him dressed in a tuxedo. This was his costume from RAD. He and his daughter read "The Spider and the Fly." Mr. A was the spider.
When he got ready for school this morning, he decided to wear his tux. He has a top hat to go with it, but we have a no hats in the building policy, so he had to take it off.
The formal attire seemed to have a positive effect on his class. He said they were calm and quiet, and they did very well on their term 2 Benchmark tests.
