There is beauty all around us. We just need to take the time to notice the richness in our lives. These are the many things for which I am grateful.

Photo #169/365: Donner's Flowers
My sister is recovering from knee surgery, so I went out to visit her for a while. Then I walked around and snapped photos. My brother-in-law is an avid gardener. The lilies are beautiful right now.
Barbara, what a beautiful flower. I always think the lilies are never going to bloom, and then all of a sudden there is a brilliant surprise for the world.
I hope your sister had a good post-surgery report.
