Photo #187/365: Purple Flowers

I am a lover of color. That's probably why I love flowers so much. I don't really know what these purple flowers are called, but this plant was here when I bought the house ten years ago. When I first started working in my flower bed early this summer, I really thought this plant was gone. That is the great thing about perennials. They come back each year as a gift from the garden.
